- Change it on a regular schedule so it stays an honour.
- Say why, specifically — vague praise means nothing.
What this widget exposes
8 settings of its own. On top of those, every widget can be moved, resized, layered and restyled: background, border, corner radius, shadow, opacity, colours and entrance animation.

How often should I rotate it?
Weekly. Monthly is too slow to feel alive.
Can I show more than one player?
Use the Leaderboard or Team Roster for groups. The spotlight is deliberately singular.
