1. What we sell

We sell FiveM-compatible digital game modifications: texture and geometry packages that replace the in-game minimap on a FiveM server, custom weapon wheels, and a browser studio that composes your own artwork onto those maps.

We are an independent studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, Cfx.re or FiveM.

We do not sell, license or transfer any right in GTA V, FiveM, Cfx.re or any other Take-Two or Rockstar Games property, and no part of any price is charged for their names, map data or game assets, which remain their property. The price covers only our own work: our colour themes, map styling and rendering, the overlay studio, resource packaging, installation help and updates, and for weapon wheels our wheel artwork and designs, the wheel studio, packaging and support. You need your own copy of GTA V and the free FiveM client to use any product.

2. Your account

You may sign in with Discord. You are responsible for keeping access to that Discord account secure, because it is what unlocks your downloads.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. A finished map is $8.00; every custom element placed on it is $1.00. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when Stripe reports the payment as successful. Until then nothing is unlocked.

4. Delivery

Ready-made maps are available to download immediately after payment. Branded studio builds are rendered on our machine and normally appear in your dashboard within minutes; if a build fails we either fix it or refund it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload artwork you do not have the right to use, or artwork that is illegal, hateful or infringing. We remove such uploads and may close the account.

You may not attempt to obtain a build you have not paid for, probe our systems, or automate purchases.

6. Showing what people build

We run a gallery of work made with our tools at https://fam-tools.com/gallery. By buying a branded build you agree that we may show a picture of it there, and in our own marketing, with a small mark naming this site.

This covers a picture and a short caption only. We never publish the resource, the files, the archive, or anything that could be used to rebuild what you paid for, and we never publish your account details or your email address.

You keep every right in your own artwork and your server name. Showing a picture does not transfer anything to us and does not stop you using it however you like.

You can turn this off whenever you want, before or after anything is published, from Saved designs in your dashboard. Switching it off takes the picture down and it does not go back up. We also take anything down on request — one message is enough and we do not ask why.

• Published: a picture of the finished map or sign, the name you gave the design, and your caption if you wrote one.
• Never published: the resource, any downloadable file, your email, your payment details, or anything from your account.
• Always yours: your logo, your server name and every right in them.

7. Liability

The product is provided as is. We are liable for direct damages up to the amount you paid us, and not for indirect or consequential loss such as lost server revenue.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top always says when. Material changes are announced in our Discord.
